Take each moment on its own for what it is, whatever it is. To be present in that moment, good or bad. To form no attachments to the passing of each moment.

I believe in a power of creation that I call The Goddess but essentially this would not actually be considered God or a deity. It encompasses the unknowable for me and is part of something that has no bearing on my life or the lives of others on this planet (to my belief) so I don't concern myself with it. Still I do pray to the Goddess and I use my patron Goddess of Tara and often chant her mantra.

The best Midsummer I ever had was celebrating with my mother. We went on a Faerie Walk after our ritual (we are witches) and left an offering at a big oak tree. We had woven chaplets out of herbs and flowers and wore beautiful flowing dresses and walked at dusk when the faeries were out. Except for getting bitten by mosquitos - it was pure magick!
